The filling stations model MR are studied to satisfy a variety of filling requirements. They are used for dense products such as creams, or for liquids such as shampoos, in a variety of containers. Depending on the model, they have 1 or 2 nozzles, which can be diving nozzles for liquid foaming products, or no-drip cut-off nozzles for dense and doughy products. The structure of the unit is made of stainless steel panels. The conveyer belt can be 2 or 3 meters long. At the centre of the station is an upwards-downwards unit, regulated by a pneumatic cylinder. Height is adjusted by a knob, allowing for size change (this can be motorised upon request). The unit which holds the containers in position consists of strong positioning clamps, or of a grid operated by pneumatic cylinders. A photocell equipped with optical fibres notes the presence of the container in the dosing station and initiates the dosing cycle.

The electrical equipment is made of top quality material and PLC-operated.
The command panel is made of stainless steel and can house an operating panel (on request).
The safety protection is made of stainless steel with Lexan panels, as per current legislation.
The MR station can be easily connected to other stations so as to form a complete line.
Format change is quick and easy.
